When you attend registration, I will explain everything!
You must be 18 years old: You may be 16 with your parent’s written approval. Sure, your parents can call! Yes! You get paid to learn on the job! It’s a real job! You will be an employee!
  •  You Need 2 Forms of ID
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen or have the
    right to work in the U.S.
  • A High School Diploma is not required
  • You must attend registration, roofing, and safety classes
  • This is paid on-the-job training
  • You must be paid 1st 2,000 hours = $14.00 2nd 2,000 Hours $16.00
  • Contactors can pay more, but they can not pay less!

  • We will collect the required forms and create your apprentice profile folder.
  • You will take your Apprentice ID & Recieve your Leaning Center Password for the Leaning Center
  • You will watch the Orientation Video for Apprentice.
  • Begin your Paid -on-the Job Training

WHY BECOME AN APPRENTICE?

  • Apprentices are Paid to Learn & Earn on the Job.
  • We educate, train, certify, & help you find a job for 2 years.
  • Employers must pay $14.00 per hour.
  • Our contractors are paying $18-$20 hours.
  • Our apprentices learn a skilled trade through planned, supervised, on-the-job training, related classroom instruction, and hands-on training.
  • They become a regular part of the workforce and earn wages while acquiring important skills.
  • At the completion of our program, an apprentice becomes a journeyman, fully qualified to work & excel as a professional roofer in an industry where skill, integrity, & commitment is rewarded with higher salaries.
